On Thursday 24 December 2020, X Convenience at Springwood opened its doors for the very first time!
Located on the corner of Calton Road and the Gawler East Link Road, X Convenience is providing residents of Gawler and Springwood with barista-made coffee, groceries, a selection of fresh food and fuel, 24/7.
“We’re thrilled to welcome this family-owned, South Australian business to the Springwood Village Centre, delivering long sought-after convenience and creating jobs for our local community,” said Springwood’s Project Director, Anthony Andolfatto.
X Convenience is the first commercial tenant to open in the Springwood Village Centre, which will be home to a supermarket, childcare centre, cafes and more, with construction on the Where We Grow childcare centre beginning early 2021.
The opening of the X Convenience outlet at Springwood comes following significant community support.
“We have had a lot of support from our customers in the north and we wanted to provide competition in the greater Gawler area that it has not had in the past,” said X Convenience’s State Manager, Rachel Stewart.
“We constantly have requests through our social media for an X Convenience in the area and we are pleased now to be able to bring our independent brand to Springwood.”
