Wesley Woullemann, his partner Karen and their blended family of three children – Isabella, 11, Zach, 10, and Abigail, 8 – moved into their new home at Springwood in July 2019.
After 12 years of service in the Army which saw Wesley move around the country, the couple were keen to settle down, and, with Karen having already rented in Springwood for a few years, Springwood seemed like a natural fit for the family.
“We were initially attracted to Springwood because we had previously rented here before, and we absolutely love the sense of community,” said Wesley.
“Also, the fact that myself and Karen had both spent time moving around the country due to work and family, it seemed like the perfect place to put down some roots.”
The family purchased a 576sqm block, and built a four bedroom, 2 bathroom home with Simonds. They believe Springwood is the “perfect place to raise a family”.
“We absolutely love the layout of Springwood, especially all the parks so close by, and everyone is so friendly,” said Wesley.
“Our children love being able to ride their bikes around Springwood, and feel safe.
“Living at Springwood is amazing, it’s like our own piece of paradise.
“We would definitely recommend Springwood to others, especially those seeking a family-friendly environment to raise kids.”
