Brodie, Camilla and their collection of fur babies – Golden Retriever Mocca, and rabbits Mupples, Honey, Pancake and Thumper have called Springwood home for four years.
After meeting and falling in love while both working on Hamilton Island, the young couple decided to move back to Camilla’s home, South Australia, to be closer to family.
“Brodie is from Bundaberg in Queensland, and I am from the Barossa Valley,” explains Camilla.
“When we moved back and were looking for a place to live, we came across our rental in Springwood.
“We love it so much, we’ve decided to build in this same area!”
Brodie and Camilla have purchased a 400sqm lot, and are building their “forever home” – a three bedroom, two bathroom home with a double garage – with Hickinbotham.
“Living at Springwood just feels like home for us – we never even looked elsewhere to build as we just love it here.
“It’s pretty and it’s quiet, but it’s still quite close to Gawler which has everything you need.
“The parks are perfect for taking Mocca for a walk, and there is always a gorgeous view of the sunset.
“We tell everyone how much we love Springwood, and would recommend it to anybody looking for a beautiful area to settle down in.”
