After growing up in South-East London, Pauline and Michael moved to South Australia nearly 50 years ago. They settled down in the Gawler and Barossa region to raise their family, and haven’t looked back!
In 2016, to be closer to their two adult children and grandchildren, they purchased a generous 634sqm lot at Springwood and built a four bedroom, two bathroom home with Rossdale Homes.

While Gawler has changed significantly since Pauline and Michael first arrived, it’s still kept its original charm, believes Pauline.
“Having lived in the Gawler and Barossa area for nearly 40 years, we have seen many changes,” she said.
“Gawler has kept its original country town atmosphere but has embraced change to keep it attractive to new, young and older families.”
Seeing the progress being made at Springwood, and future plans, Pauline and Michael have no hesitation recommending Springwood to future buyers.
“We’ve been surprised by how quickly the new blocks are being sold and the constant planning and progress going on at Springwood.
“We would absolutely recommend Springwood to future buyers, and with the shops and other facilities coming soon, it is a great place to live.”
