It’s been another big year at Springwood!
With more than 1,000 people now calling our growing community home, Springwood has cemented its place as one of the fastest-growing developments in Adelaide’s north.
Since being secured by national development company, Wel.Co, in June, public interest and sales at Springwood have grown rapidly, thanks to the accelerated release of land and development of the Springwood Village Centre.
2021 was the second consecutive year that property values in Gawler East, home to Springwood, reached record highs – with house values in Gawler East increasing by a staggering 43.38 per cent in the first quarter of the year!
The much-anticipated Parkview Collection of townhouses, overlooking the stunning Highfield Reserve, are now well under construction, while siteworks are complete in Highfield Stage 3.
